Join us at Ground Floor Yoga for “Intro to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)”, a 90-minute workshop that offers a gentle, firsthand experience ofmindfulness meditation and how it can ease stress, steady your attention, and support your well-being. First developed more than 40 years ago at UMass Medical Center, MBSR is now offered in over 700 hospitals and clinics worldwide. It is the most widely researched mindfulness program, with decades of studies consistently showing benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood, and greater quality of life.
All are welcome; no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
