Why kids yoga? In a world where mental health issues among youth are on the rise, with an estimated 20 million children currently affected by mental health disorders, the need for effective interventions is more pressing than ever. Kids' yoga offers a holistic approach to address both physical and mental well-being. Through a combination of poses, stretches, and mindfulness practices, kids not only improve their physical health by enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance but also develop crucial skills for emotional regulation and stress management. Children have the opportunity to meet new friends and have fun, adding an element of social interaction and enjoyment as they create lasting lessons for optimal mental health. With the focus on concentration and mindfulness, yoga equips children with the tools they need to navigate the challenges of modern life with resilience, confidence, and camaraderie.

Bring your baby (ages 0–12 months) and enjoy a special time to connect—not just with your little one, but with other new moms, too. Motherhood can feel isolating at times, and this class is here to offer support through all the ups, downs, and everything in between.
Expect coos, giggles, maybe a little spit-up (and the occasional blowout), some baby cries, and even a few mama tears—and know that we’re here for all of it.
